RIFT 36 HOUR SONGWRITING CONTEST > Rob Meany from Terramara will be participating in this event:
The wheels have been set in motion for the first ever Rift 36 hour songwriting contest. Songwriters will have 36 hours to craft the perfect song. At noon on Monday May, 1st the songwriters will recieve a topic and then have until the next night at 8:00 to write a song about that topic and have it ready to perform at the Bryant Lake Bowl Theatre. The audience will vote for their favorite one and the winner will get a big ass trophy.
THE CONTESTANTS: Eva Mohn, Terry Eason, Ben Glaros, Chris Harrington, Luke Zimmerman, Sam Keenan, Patrik Tanner, Brad Senne, Martin Devaney, Ellis, Mike Brady, Tony Thomas, Future Lisa, Darin Wald, Todd Millenacker, Rob Meaney and Chris Koza. (contestants are subject to change if they get a better gig)
Tuesday, May 2nd, 2006 at the Bryant-Lake Bowl Theater
7:00pm Doors and show starts at 8:00pm sharp
$8.00 in advance and $10.00 day of show
