While pursuing a degree in music at Saint Olaf College, Erik was an active member of the orchestra. It was there that he met friend and colleague, Dave Thomas; the two have collaborated on several musical projects in the years following graduation. In addition to Terramara, Erik has enjoyed playing original rock, orchestral and chamber music, and the occasional jazz gig. A contract negotiator by day, his free time is occupied frequently with outdoor activities and noodling with his home studio gear.
